Try entering the following command in the console: SetRegionBlocked("gora", nil, 1);
By the way, I initially used the console to cast the Astral Gate spell when I realized I couldn't get past a certain point. I found a location, teleported, defeated Dominion, but no ring dropped, and nothing changed. Does this mean I need to defeat the undead army below first?
