It's noteworthy that one of the main complaints in the old arguments concerned the publicity and openness of the Arbitration Committee, and it seems that nothing has changed since then. The way the decision is communicated is such that "we have decided," but you have to figure out for yourselves why we decided that way. I think many arguments could have been avoided if the reasoning behind the decision was included immediately, ideally with a reference to a specific clause in the rules/tournament regulations/a similar decision in the past, and, if necessary, additional comments on the interpretation of the rule in this particular situation.
