It seemed like everything was fine... but my first mistake was buying the Swarm of Hornets on turn 121 instead of the Guild of Mages. As a result, I couldn't replenish my mana. I entered the treasure room on turn 122 with only 12 mana. The second mistake was that I reached the opponent's town, saw him, panicked, and used Teleport. Then, in the last seconds, I decided to go and get the +6 to all stats hat... but I didn't have enough mana... so they overwhelmed me.
Although, I could have just stayed in my castle, replenished my mana, and won. But panic took over)))
