Restructuring of the Academy.

That's exactly the point – the developers balance the game, and the community has no choice but to accept it because the developers have the right to change the game as they see fit. But when changes are made by players, there are always those who disagree, and their opinion is valid.

In my opinion, for example, Baratorch and Docent have done so much for the game that they can be considered developers. Many official 3DO employees probably haven't done as much. In general, I'm sure that in the end, the restructuring will happen, either in a revolutionary or evolutionary way. And most people understand this, even if they don't admit it out of principle.
