It became clear that there was nothing to be found nearby, and Kalh set off as far as possible, beating as much as possible along the way (though nothing for the army was encountered). In the third week, I took a Conflux from the AI with an external dwelling of Psychos and a decent build-up — things improved, but the opponent was still ahead in army and stats. I urgently needed to find air control (Earth didn't come in), stats, and, well, anything useful that could be found. I cleared a fairly rich treasure zone under the lucky number 13: control was not found, but I got a stack of Cyclopes and a Red Dragon. Plus, on top of the Bones and the Skullcap, I bought the Sword of AotD in the Conflux — all that was left was to take one of the two shields. Which is exactly what was done, also taking the opponent's village in the process. The opponent recaptured it and sat down to refill mana — that's when I came to visit.
Under the Mass Slow, the Fireball wasn't too difficult. Despite Tazar's high defense and army advantage — a Cyclops stack, about 40 Ice Elementals, and the opponent's lack of shooters did their dirty work, GG.
Thanks for the game!
