I played very poorly, but my opponent resigned, and I immediately received a diplomat. However, there was no benefit from the diplomacy until week 4; the guild gave me a damage dealer and a scroll of flight.

I leveled up two expert diplomats: Orin and Gunnar. However, I still couldn't recruit anyone until week 4. Then, 30 demons and 12 rogues joined, and I attacked with 8 angels, 16 vivas, and this group to reach the maximum level. I only managed to get out with 3 angels, and I received a black orb, a sentinel's shield, and beads +3 to all stats. I was only saved by control or a red orb; as a last resort, a cloak of defiance.
