First, before moving on to the voting, it is necessary to obtain a fundamental agreement from each candidate to become a member of the Arbitration Committee and dedicate some of their time to it.

This point is not even up for discussion, as it is obvious that no one can force a person to do something without their consent. All candidates will be questioned by me regarding their consent/disagreement. After that, there will be a poll in the following format:
