The worst thing is if none of those who criticized or suggested something new make it into the AK. We replace the people, but the stagnation remains.

I completely agree; I would add that it won't just remain, but it might even get much worse, and only by seeing the difference will people start to understand what's going on, but as they say, "IT WILL BE TOO LATE:D".
