There was definitely 100% anti-dispel.

p.s. There's actually another major bug related to mass dispel. It was discovered somewhere around 2011, when we were fiercely battling Maretti in the Polish arena, konwertowa. Basically, if you apply a positive spell to archangels (it only works with them), and then apply antimagic, when a mass dispel is cast, the antimagic is removed, but the positive spell remains! Although the archangels' icons will show that nothing is applied. Here's a fun little trick for you. If you don't believe it, try it yourself. I remember Maretti saying: "1 time in 1000000 battles, when it can be useful".
