Restructuring of the Academy.

For any experienced and decent players from the group who support SoD, those who are against the Admiral's hat, and so on! Dirty, Pit, Romantic, Nitro – definitely a plus.

I also want to comment on the following: how can a person be a judge in certain situations if they haven't been in them themselves (i.e., they are inexperienced)? Plus, a judge must be unbiased.
