This isn't an election program, it's just a general sympathy for his position. Rebe isn't suitable as a team player, just like Vikk, they are purely independent individuals and it's difficult for them to vote for an opinion different from their own.

I always thought that the AC in its current format, despite internal contradictions, is an organization that makes a single decision, for which everyone is responsible. In the process of work, it turned out that the opposition was often there, and only those members who voted "For" had to defend the adopted decisions. Eventually, posts like "I voted against" began to appear.
In the future, if we change the concept according to the existing vector, then an opposition is needed within the AC. All the arguments will move there, at least in their initial phase, and after the decision is made, there will be a list of who voted how, and all the "supporters" and those who are dissatisfied will understand who to be indignant with and who to admire. In this case, people like Vikk, Rebe, and Sanin would look good as an opposition in the AC, the main thing is that it doesn't turn into a "swan, cancer, and pike" situation. Considering that Dirty was the informal head of the opposition, that's already 4 people, and the opposition should be in the minority.
If we leave everything as it is, then the opposition should be outside the AC and engage in its "own business" for the amusement of the public.

Regarding the number, I don't see a problem if there are, say, 9 or even 11 people, and for a quorum, 5 or 7 people gathered/voted within a certain period of time are enough. This will solve the problem of members of the AC being busy with their other affairs.
