The quantitative composition is not so critical; our team started working with 7 members, then 6, then 5, and only when there were 4 of us left, we came to the conclusion that something needed to be changed. The forum will vote for 7 members – there will be 7; the forum will vote for 5 members – there will be 5. It's not particularly critical, IMHO.
9, in my opinion, is too many.
