Extraterrestrial civilizations. What is your opinion?

As for me, I'm not saying a word :D I wrote about this incident for informational purposes, without comment. And anyone can talk to God; personally, I'm quite calm about that. God sees the human heart and knows who is capable of talking to Him and who is not.

No, people actually talk to God all the time! Otherwise, what are prayers for? And God hears them and helps to the extent that each person deserves or needs. But as for God coming HIMSELF to an ordinary person—I completely agree with Lellen :)

Regarding aliens—I don't know, but I can say for sure: if they exist, then they are humans (outwardly) just like us. And most likely, if they do exist, they're probably laughing their heads off looking at our lives :) Remember the episode from Futurama?
Fry: Bender, who is that over there?
Bender: That's a human.
Fry: And what is he doing?
Bender: The same thing all humans do: loves, deceives, kills, sacrifices himself for others...
Fry: Bo-o-o-ring... :D
