Rehabilitation of cheaters.

As I understand it, Pavel doesn't just have a ban from tournaments, but a ban from the entire site, and it wasn't even issued by our moderators. Therefore, first, he needs to be unbanned on Heroes of Might and Magic Online, and it's not certain that Dirty can do that. If he can, then of course, we would like to see Indra on the resource.
