If possible, I'd like to be a substitute for someone who dropped out:)

P.S. Although, I don't quite understand if I was removed at someone's request, since I couldn't play for 2 weeks+ after the CIS tournament. It says I'm registered for the tournament. I'd appreciate it if one of the judges could explain, if it's not too much trouble :).
