I am withdrawing from the tournament in protest against the unmotivated refusal of the site coordinator to allow me to participate in the "Outlaw" tournament. Since the site is pursuing a strange policy (and the coordinator is the main representative and sets the policy), I see no point in playing tournaments coordinated by Dirty_Player, as it is unclear what he will decide next time.
