Seasonal ranking.

As I understand it, the following option is being proposed: - A permanent rating is based on the results of tournament games, which fairly reflects the player's skill level. - The rating in a seasonal league largely depends on the player's activity, and in a seasonal league, you can choose any opponent, unlike a tournament game. A logical option: 1) Introduce a permanent rating based on the results of tournament games. 2) Consider all games in the seasonal league as games within a single seasonal tournament, and upon completion of the season, add/subtract points to the permanent rating depending on the result in the seasonal tournament. In this case, games in the seasonal league will have less impact on the rating, and the permanent rating can be used when drawing groups/forming brackets in knockout tournaments.
