That is, looking at the supposed answer, one should think – could the host ask exactly this question based on such an answer?

For example, the host asks, "Call a girl." We look at the list of participants and see the nickname RedGirl. The connection "girl-girl" is obvious, but how are "Call" and "Red" connected – it’s completely unclear. It is logical to assume that for "RedGirl," the host would come up with something like "Melisandra" or "Indian Girl" or "Luna" or something similar.
