Isn't this a tech loss for someone who lost their password?

It wasn't lost; it wasn't provided on time... And I warned about the deadlines and the consequences in advance; in this case, both are to blame.
P.S. Awarding this was my last hope that the players would somehow manage to improve their performance... but alas... they didn't make an effort...
I'm more concerned about the outcome of the game.

Sevensan blatantly ignored the scheduled game dates and didn't show up, but since there were no requests to schedule an ODD (Overdue Default Decision), I have no reason to assign him a tech loss, unless his conscience awakens.
