In the introduction, I want to state, and I hope Pete will understand me correctly, that this topic is not created to offend or denigrate him in any way, but rather to boost my ego. Moreover, I want to express my sincere gratitude for the great work he has done and continues to do. BUT the seasonal ranking has become definitively established, and my fellow players won't even know that I'm at the top of the leaderboard!
First, the season was extended, and instead of being quarterly, it became semi-annual. I tolerated it, although I could have created this topic back then. The idea was that this would somehow speed up the work and provide more time to process the huge number of reports generated during the season (or maybe I'm wrong; because everyone knows I'll be at the top). But again, there are no results, and people are already furious (people - that's me, in case anyone didn't understand). On the other hand, how can I not be furious, because the ranking is, in part, the result of the work done by each person and a motivation to excel over others in the season. And if the ranking isn't calculated, what will I have to brag about at the end of the season?!
So, all of this leads to the following: I understand that Pete can no longer physically handle the volume of everything (because I've played a hell of a lot of games), and that a lot is being piled on him. Perhaps the AK (Administration Committee) or whoever is responsible should consider (anyone but me), firstly, appointing additional people to assist those responsible for the season, to ensure the timely formation of the ranking, and secondly, returning to quarterly seasons (SUMMER, AUTUMN, SPRING, WINTER).
I haven't created a poll yet, I want to hear the thoughts of the AK members first, and also the "daddies" :)
In short, give me a ranking, or I'll create my own season with blackjack and noobs!
