Extraterrestrial civilizations. What is your opinion?

I don't deny that there are other civilizations in the universe, and sometimes I even support that idea... But the fact that a guy was talking to GOD? :D Even the appearance of an angel is not given to everyone. And here - bam, here's GOD:D I know what Ganymede will write now: "But how do you know, maybe this is a unique case when God himself appeared, maybe this guy is a prophet" or something like that. There are SO MANY of these "prophets" who "talked" to God, you know.
