REWORK for the Academy. Is it needed or not?

Let's embrace the age of technology! Voting should be done online, at the very least, based on visual representations! Luckily, we have plenty of Skype, Viber, and WhatsApp these days. )

And even better, we could dedicate one day each year in every CIS country to reviewing legislation! A commission would be formed, everyone would express their opinions, and they would collectively make decisions. Everyone would see each other and know who's who, and there would be no more clones! )
