The answer is simple:
Mages - Arabs
Necromancers - Hungarians (due to Transylvania)
Elves - Native Americans
Dark Elves - Mongols
Dwarves - Vikings
Inferno - everyone at once
Humans - well, they're just humans (humans are humans)
