REWORK for the Academy. Is it needed or not?

If I haven't convinced you, my next post will be about a quality roster, featuring those who voted FOR. It seems logical that their votes should carry slightly more weight than those who have 0 posts and voted AGAINST.

Any significant changes to the rules are made through voting. And everyone who wants to can vote, as far as I remember. When did we start having "chosen ones" whose votes should carry more weight?
No one can stop you from creating a checkbox. It's your personal business. Conducting your own tournaments, if you decide to take it on, is also not prohibited. The main thing is that there are organizers and people who want to participate, and there will definitely be plenty of them.
But please, don't decide for everyone what and how things should be in official tournaments.

But seriously, I think it's enough to argue, create a checkbox, and run a couple of trial Tournaments over the year; it will show. And then, after those who participated in these Tournaments, conduct a vote, but not among trolls and those who haven't tried, IMHO.

The same as above, create a checkbox, create your own Tournaments. After a year, create a vote. If people are drawn to the changes, that's good; if not, that's also good; time will tell. But there's no need to divide votes into "chosen ones" whose votes are counted and "just came along" whose votes are not counted. There's no need to divide players into two categories; we all play the same game.
