REWORK for the Academy. Is it needed or not?

LOL! 40% voted FOR this? Two years ago, I wouldn't have expected even 20%! What does this say? It shows that the average skill level of players has significantly increased, and people understand that in Hero League, both players need control in the late game! Or at least a guaranteed chance of getting it (this provides comfort in a difficult/bad situation).
When I started the poll, my primary goal was to gauge public opinion; at the time, I wasn't sure if people wanted the change, but the support in this thread gave me confidence! The idea should be implemented in one form or another. We are ready to discuss the implementation to ensure it satisfies all players, but in a constructive manner!

If I haven't convinced you, my next post will be about the quality of the players who voted FOR. It seems logical that their votes should carry slightly more weight than those who voted AGAINST and have 0 posts.
