REWORK for the Academy. Is it needed or not?

Let's be objective, people don't play it because of the large number of bugs in the scripts, because of the desynchronization, because of the "gray castles" that players repeatedly encountered in serious tournaments, including those in the CIS region, and this caused a lot of inconvenience, which discouraged them! But not because of the stupid balance and clumsy new features.
