REWORK for the Academy. Is it needed or not?

I voted "against" because I think the restructuring option proposed by Kobra is incorrect. Specifically, at any point in the game, you can restructure any guild level, and it will give you 100% different spells that you haven't encountered yet. Yes, in this case, the chances of getting a Town Portal in the guild will become very high, and you can farm and exploit it. But the chances of getting level 4 combat spells will also increase. When I read about this restructuring option, I immediately thought about playing as Inferno and getting Armageddon. Getting Armageddon at the end of week 2 or the beginning of week 3, and upgrading Efreet, allows you to either gain a significant advantage or outsmart your opponent if you have well-developed mage heroes. And in general, the almost 100% probability of getting the desired level 1 spells also affects the game. For example, recently, Amila used Haste on demons in a Facebook game, while the opponent didn't have Slow, which decided the outcome. And there are many such examples.
Regarding the restructuring on Hero League (HL), I think it can be added to 8mm6a and 8hm8a, where there are few secondary objectives and not all allow for placing a Grand Mage 5 (GM5). In my opinion, on Spider, 8hm12a, or 6lm10a, there are enough secondary objectives where you can build guilds, and the question of restructuring on these templates is only about strategy (building one guild in the most remote part of the map is much more advantageous and safer than giving it to the opponent). After all, building a GM in a village in the center of the map is risky.
Regarding the restructuring itself, I would vote "for" the option proposed by Scorpio in the form of an option (checkbox). Build the GM to the maximum level - you can restructure it from level 1, and the spells will appear with a set probability (i.e., those that have already appeared may also appear). And in this case, you also need to decide on the use of level 4-5 scrolls (they can be used if you break the GM5 and start building it again).
