The opponent restarted the first map (my Elves vs his Orcs), we played the second. Starting with Haggash, a lot of gold, Shak in prison. Quickly grabbed machines, then Loga (all adjacent zones turned out to be enemy, so pathfinding was very useful) and pushed. On 124 broke into the resource zone, ate a couple of banks there, and was about to break back home on 127 when I got a message about the opponent's surrender while breaking into the resource zone.
