REWORK for the Academy. Is it needed or not?

This is extremely expensive, the feature will remain unused, so what's the point of introducing it?

This saves three to four days of construction, allows you to seek control in a city located somewhere in the rear, rather than building a new guild within the opponent's reach, and provides the opportunity to erase spells so they don't fall into the enemy's hands.
