REWORK for the Academy. Is it needed or not?

For example, you built the first level of magic for 2000+5+5, didn't get Slow, were disappointed but not too much, because the very next day for the same gold and resources you can choose the option to rebuild this level of magic.

:eek: what control are we talking about? everyone will start rebuilding the first and second levels of the guild in the second week, it's so cool to have both Haste and Slow, and Bless, and Blind, and... and... actually all tier 1-2 magic. How many of our games last until control? Mostly on XL templates and not even all of them. But here changes will apply to all templates, and for Jebus Cross, and for SM, and even for M200 this will be a game-changer.
