I'm leaving on the 8th and will return on the 12th. I don't know when the Chairman will be back, but if it's later than the 8th, it would probably make sense to schedule our ODD for the 12th or later, depending on the circumstances.

It's unlikely that this will be feasible. On the 12th, the Palach will already need to conduct the draw for the 2nd round (I will be away). 72 people are unlikely to want to wait for the result of one match. Contact the Chairman; perhaps he will arrive before the 8th.
