NCF – Extended list of Neutral creatures.

There was no constructive discussion on the second page. Either the user has a specific bug, or the mod version is unstable; in the end, we didn't figure out the problem, and just ended up arguing, unfortunately... If needed, I can restore those messages, but they were not very helpful.
