I've been wanting to write that you shouldn't call this gathering a "CIS event," but now it's clear that it's just a regular regional "brawl" from 2015.

So, when the CIS was in Kyiv or Odessa, and you were there, everything was fine? But now it's not? :D Those who wanted to come, came. People are really excited!!
