Discussion of CIS-2015 details

Can I get some information about the tournament? Will there be video broadcasts, text updates, etc.?
What maps are being played? And what are the tournament rules?

For the 5th year in a row, each organizer in the CIS region promises to provide full coverage of the tournament. So far, no one has succeeded.

Judging by the lack of any signs of activity, this time the guys simply don't have internet access.
