So, should I cry now because the issue's author is an idiot?

More like a prankster. After all, neither the game's creator nor those who come up with the issues have decided whether it's a SERIOUS state simulation or a humorous one. As a result, it's neither one nor the other. When I realized this, I somehow lost the desire to try and bring the country to the state I had originally envisioned.
