No restart was used and it was good for me cos Shakti came with 3 stacks and i had 3 manticore and 4 trog dwells in my area. Took all of them wk1 and decided to find opponent as soon as possible. My roads were long and ofcourse i go first in wrong central area and did not found opponent before wk2 end. But atleast i found full cons and library. I took other central area from opponent on wk3 and decided to get some strenght but opponent resigned soon. Thx for game.
