Two roads were cleared, two money heroes (income heroes). Looks like a decent amount of gold, opponent doesn't restart the double, good. On day three, I capture the pirate external dwelling, pick up Boots of Speed at the respawn, mood improves) On 114, Lord Haart joins my ranks, plus another money hero; I capture the ocean spirit external dwelling, but Roma reveals Crag Hack, and my mood turns neutral (later I also leveled Neela and Mephala). 115 I take a town, there's a spell book for Miriam. 116 I sit a scout hero in my native town; scouting reveals his rather sparse respawn. End of week 1-6 at home citadel, and I managed to insert pirates and Nixes into the opponent's already built citadel.
On the second week, I picked up another Nix external dwelling and upgraded them, took 3 Dragon Fly Hives for 14-2 ducks, fell for the leaderboard, had to later refuse Wisdom and Defense, but Logistics still came in almost at the end, captured the Scarlet Tower for 3 Phoenixes. On 127, I figured out the opponent's plan to take the Griffin Conservatory in the contested zone, rushed there with the main hero, and on 131 I kill Mephala, the Griffin Conservatory is tier 3.
I didn't go to the center, of course; there was plenty to do in the native towns, one of which wasn't a dead end, and banks and monster structures were abundant. But at the end of the week, a surrender followed due to lack of immediate prospects. Autopsy revealed that indeed, it would have been more pleasant for me to continue playing.
