Which came first: matter or spirit?

Why a meta-spirit? In my interpretation, the spirit is simply described using understandable material terms, given that we are discussing what a spirit is. In a nutshell, a spirit is a combination of 0 and 1, which is how a computer operates. We don't see these combinations when we look at a monitor, but they actually influence everything the computer does. Similarly, a spirit is not material to the touch, but it is alive. The laws of physics are laws because they describe real, existing phenomena that are tangible. No one invented them; they discovered what has always existed.
