Recalling the promise made by representatives of your country regarding refugees from Rex Ventorum, a small group of people wishes to obtain asylum for an indefinite period. We request our own building, away from the eyes of the press, equipped with medical equipment; all costs on your part will be compensated by us immediately upon arrival.

The response to the request satisfied all the demands of the unknown individuals; the government of Quasardastan always keeps its promises. The people will be provided with a suitable, quiet, and safe haven in the suburbs of Galeindorf, and the state will be happy to provide its own medical specialists if needed; and of course, the press and locals will not disturb their peace.
-If someone is so carefully concealing themselves, there must be good reasons for it. Either they are some kind of international terrorists, which is unlikely, or refugees, whose capture Ventorum is interested in, one way or another. I lean towards the second option, but let's see if they are willing to pay for such amenities.
