The bidding is for the color.

Where is this described in the rules? And how should the bidding be conducted?
The scrolls don't work on the template without GM setup, EVEN THOUGH the rules state that they can be used without setup!!!
It's unclear which roads to place, medium or slow, or both?

It would be even better to consider excluding this template at this stage of the tournament, as it raises many different questions in various areas!
