Nevertheless, with diplomacy, I can usually get almost everyone to join me, either for free or for a good price. Yesterday, I was just having fun – I started playing online against myself: one player with a computer-controlled ally, and the other player alone against them. I played on a random map, with Haven and Dungeon. I leveled up two heroes (and then, through diplomacy, I recruited and bought neutral creatures, distributing them among a couple of heroes) – they turned out to be quite strong. I saved the game and loaded it as a single-player game. That was much more interesting – I played as myself against two computer-controlled players in an alliance, and one of them was even more powerful than me – he had two native castles, and then he also grabbed a third one, while I only had two different types...
