Refusal to recognize the Rex Ventorum Empire.

So, we actually made a decision in favor of the new Ventorum by not interfering.

Situation 1: All countries abstain from voting, and one very smart country votes in favor of this resolution: the new Rex Ventorum will not be recognized. Result: Officially, Rex Ventorum CANNOT be a member of either KOSAP or AFTA.
Situation 2: Members of RPA or, say, ASG vote in favor of this resolution, wanting to destabilize Rex Ventorum (the new government of the country clearly would not give up power to anyone under any circumstances). Members of KOSAP abstain from voting. Result: similar to the first situation.
