Resolutions
#9: To refuse to recognize the Rex Ventorum Empire as a state and deprive it of its membership rights in the Security Council.
#10: To use any means to resolve the situation in this country, whether through an embargo or military intervention (cannot be adopted without #9).

#9: Resolution on non-interference in the affairs of other countries.
Annuls resolution #7, amends resolution #8 (international police are only authorized to act with the consent of the country in which the investigation will be conducted).
Members of the Security Council undertake not to interfere in the internal politics of member countries, whether through military intervention, political, or economic pressure. Exceptions may include:
— A request from the acting (de facto) representatives of power in a country to restore order.
— Countries in which, as a result of unrest or for any other reason, there is no government as such, provided that the situation poses an international threat.
— Countries that refuse to comply with the decisions adopted by the Security Council (in this case, this refers exclusively to various kinds of sanctions, but not military intervention).

#10: Resolution on free membership in the Security Council
Each country in Actaea, regardless of previous decisions of the Security Council, may send its representative (if it has the appropriate documents and authority) to the Security Council. Exceptions may be countries that, for whatever reason, have been excluded from the Security Council in accordance with its decision.
The Sultanate of Ahassan, the Republic of Champignons, and the Steelmen are granted the right to become members of the Security Council.
