Information for everyone planning to go to Volgograd: the menu for our banquet has been created (which we can modify as we see fit), and we also have a complete list of banquet dishes from which we can choose. All the information is in the attached files below. I look forward to your constructive suggestions.
Overall, the menu is excellent, except that it doesn't include a chicken dish, which I think not only I would like to see as an alternative to pork (and catfish). I suggest adding "Grilled Chicken with Vegetable Tartare and Mango-Habanero Sauce" or "Chicken Skewers" to the banquet menu, by reducing the number of portions of "Barbecue Pork" and/or "Catfish Dish" (I would also like to note that these pork and catfish dishes cost 450 and 420 rubles per portion, respectively, while the proposed chicken dishes cost 320 and 280 rubles). So, by reducing two catfish dishes, for example, we can effectively get three chicken dishes instead, or the organizer of this wonderful event can decide on the quantity as they see fit
