101110011 is 371 in binary. So far, the only thing that comes to mind regarding numbers is that many articles about characters on the wiki mention the Aarne-Thompson classification, where fairy tale plots are assigned numbers. But I haven't found out what plot is number 371 yet.
Or, another option is to try breaking down the number into individual digits, 3 and 7 are quite common in fairy tales. For example, in the article about Snow White:
The number "three"
...
The number "seven"
And Snow White herself). But that seems rather vague.
