Discussion of CIS-2015 details

I drew up the Tournament Regulations the other day; anyone interested can take a look. The document is attached.

Could we assign a special status to players in the 5-player matches?
Like, not a player/participant in the tournament, but also not just a spectator. :D
After all, the 5-player matches are definitely closer to the 3-player matches than to all the other games that are planned for the event...
