Last week, a jaywalking man was hit by a truck in a busy intersection. He lay there for seventeen hours before a policeman tripped over him and brought him to jail for loitering.
And the options are completely useless. The first one suggests increasing taxes on something meaningless, and the second one suggests cutting funding for social programs. I guess I'll have to dismiss them.
