Wizard – “Hope of Zephyr” [Campaign 6, Mission 5]

Ugh, this damn Biara with her chain of fire is really getting on my nerves. I've been trying for two evenings to complete 4 battles with minimal losses, and I finally managed to do it more or less: I saved all the archangels for Godric, lost 7 paladins and a couple of griffins, and didn't use the rest of the troops, putting them in reserve. I saved all the dragons for Faidean, lost about 15 unicorns and almost all the fairies, didn't put the elves with blades in the battle at all, because they die too quickly, and there's no point in their high initiative. I struggled for a long time with Zehir, trying out all sorts of options, but I always ended up with significant losses, even taking into account the banishment. Either I lost about half of the titans and rakshasas, or all the gargoyles and golems with the mages. If I left the rakshasas or titans in reserve, I ended up taking ents from Faidean and only putting them in the battle with Zehir, losing about 20, but at least the rest of the troops remained intact. And Raillag suffered the most losses. This is the worst. I don't have resurrection, and even if I did, magic doesn't work on the black dragons, and they were the ones that suffered the most. I only put them and the hydras in the battle, because putting the lizards and witches with the assassins and furies is suicide – they die too quickly from Biara's chain attack. In short, I lost about 17 black dragons(( damn this Biara, I hate her!)

My Zehir turned out to be completely weak. Without abusing the banishment, I was losing troops quite badly. In the end, I had 30 titans and 10 gremlins left, and that's it. But Fedya was different. His troops were destroying the enemy instantly, when his defense and attack were higher than the Overlord's, and the wood elementals with the stone skin had a defense of 126...
Maybe Zehir should be made into an armageddon specialist, because with an attack of 12 and a defense of 17, he's not a fighter at all.

I also have roughly the same attack and defense stats for Zehir, so the dog-like creatures are just eating the titans, and that's why I didn't put them in the battle
