On S-size, nothing decent can be devised, there's just absolutely no space there.

In Skirmish M-U, 7 zones, so to fit a template on S, you'd need to make 3-4 zones per level. Well, 3 is somehow too few. So as an option, try making 4 zones on one level: starting zone, necro-zone (or maybe it's not even needed), two treasuries (which will be connected to each other and crosswise into the underground). If something is to be thought up with S size, then only like this, and that's a BigMac.

Upper value limit is 9000, meaning Dragon Fly Hives and Dragon Utopias are not generated. Are they needed?
