Yes, some descriptions contradict the alignments:

This is a trait of either a stubborn lawful neutral/evil character or a complete chaotic evil character, in my opinion.

A lover of duels. 33 duels - 33 widows.

Such bloodthirstiness also leans more towards evil.

All her husbands died under mysterious circumstances.

This also sounds like a HINT of evil.

Served several prison sentences for his beliefs. The last one, however, was for stealing chickens from Lord Raven's farm.

As funny as it sounds, the description of Mortulus makes him sound more like a (almost) harmless chaotic neutral character.

Known for his extraordinary antics and freethinking speeches. He doesn't play by other people's rules.

As with Mortulus, it doesn't really seem like evil. And it hardly seems like lawful either, more like chaotic neutral.

Appears at night when the moon shines and wanders around the city in search of his favorite treat - little girls.

But this, in my opinion, is another evil character.
